Through my own personal interests in bodybuilding and nutrition, which came about through training for high school athletics, I’ve spent years learning about different types of training, dieting, and supplementation to achieve physique related goals. As I grew older and started to witness people close to me suffering from various health conditions, my interests expanded towards functional health. I began researching how different systems in the body work and interact with one another, and how they are impacted by different lifestyle factors. I invested further into my education, working through various education platforms such as J3U and mentorships with other high level coaches in the bodybuilding and functional health space. I began implementing this education to help those around me and after gaining some practical experience, launched my own 1:1 coaching business. I work with anyone from bodybuilders to working moms, focusing on principles such as diet, exercise, sleep, stress, and limiting exposure to toxins, with supplementation used to further optimize bodily function. My approach to health issues is to tackle root causes instead of just masking symptoms.
